The Villa La Riva Apartments are situated on the western part of Sutivan, 1 km far from the harbour, and far from all main roads and congestion. The apartments are in a newly built house, which is located in front of the beach, just a few steps away from the clear blue water with a pine tree forest surrounding.
The closest pebble beach can be reached in 1 minute; the sandy bay is also only a few minutes walk from the house.
This family type guest-house with the capacity of twenty beds offers two kinds of accomodation:
-Apartment with 3 or 4 beds consists of two bedrooms, plus a kitchen-living room, a bathroom (with shower cabin) and a balcony.
-Studio apartment suitable for 2 persons with a single room, combined living-sleeping room (with a double bed)and a kitchen area, a bathroom and a balcony.
All the apartments have separate entrances from the staircase, and their private balconies have view to the sea. In the frontyard of the house there is a parking place for the guests of the apartments.
Also, there is a common sun-deck for sunbathing. In addition, there is a possibility of having a barbecue in the garden.
Every bedroom within the apartments is air-conditioned and the tempetature can be adjusted according to your needs.
There is a satellite TV in each living room. All the accommodation includes new equipment and new furniture. The kitchen areas in the apartments are well-equipped, have an electric hotplate, a microwave oven with grill function, a fridge freezer, pots and pans and other devices for preparing and serving meal.
In the apartments with 3 and 4 beds, there is a sofa in the living room, which can be transformed into an extra bed if needed (for the fifth person).
